WHAT TO EXPECT:
-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I will 100% decline a commission IF:
-The client is under 18 (does not matter if order is SFW).
-The client’s request falls outside of my personal comfort zone.My general turn-around time (delivery of file[s] to client) is 1-4 months depending on the size of the order and my health.
There will always be notification if/when lateness occurs.
Extensive lateness may result in a commission upgrade (flat to full color, or chibis of the provided character)Clients MUST be aware that I am a disabled artist, my work ethic and turn-around time depend entirely on my ever-changing health circumstances. Clients MUST be understanding of this and be open to communicating with me when there is a delay.Clients will be sent a preliminary sketch/WIP for approval before the rest of the work is finished.
If the sketch needs to be completely redrawn, the fee is $35.
Client, upon receiving their finished commission, MAY:
-Ask for the PSD file of the commission upon initial receipt
-Use their commission on profile pages, Toyhouse, etc
-Include the commission in character sales
-Have the commission printed or made into a tangible product for personal use
-Make MINOR edits to the commission
Client, upon receiving their finished commission, MAY NOT:
-Use the commission to create an NFT
-Remove my signature from the commission
-Make MAJOR edits to the commission
-Resell the individual art piece
-Claim the art as their own
For Adoptables and customs:Upon receipt of an adoptable or custom, client MAY:
-edit the art as long as it remains recognizable
-edit or change the design itself as long as it remains recognizable
-sell the characterUpon receipt of an adoptable or custom, client MAY NOT:
-Use the art to create an NFT
-Remove my signature from the original art (if applicable)
-Claim the art as their own
